"Worth it overall, but a little apology wouldn’t hurt"
I’ve had AAA for about a year now, it’s been worth the money for me. The roadside assistance gives me some peace of mind, and I’ve actually used the hotel discounts a couple of times, so the membership has pretty much paid for itself. The website is usually easy to use, but there have been a few times where I had to click around forever just to find the right page, which was annoying. At that point, I was kind of expecting at least a quick “sorry for the hassle.” It’s not perfect, but if you drive a lot or travel here and there, I’d say it’s a good value.

"Pretty good help when I needed it"
I had to reach out to aaa.com about my account and a question I had with my membership. The first response took sorta longer than I expected, but once they got back to me, things moved along quickly and the answers were clear.

The person helping me seemed like they actually read what I wrote, which I appreciated. They fixed the issue without making me go through a bunch of extra back and forth. It wasn’t perfect, but overall I had a good experience with their customer service

"They Came Through When I Needed Help"
I was really relieved by how quickly the tow truck showed up. The whole process was easy, with no hassle or stress, and they clearly knew what they were doing. It definitely gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

"Good price, claim was easy enough"
The price was fair, which I really appreciated, and overall the claim process was straightforward. I did have to wait a little longer than I expected for an update, which was a bit annoying, but once things got moving the claim was paid quickly. Overall, I’m happy with the experience

"Canceling was actually simple"
Canceled without any drama. A few clicks, done. Refund showed up quickly too. No back-and-forth, no hassle. way easier than I expected.

"Helpful, but kind of a wait"
They were really helpful with booking my trip and answered my questions clearly. At the same time, it felt slow, even though it also seemed like they were trying to move things along. Overall, I was happy with the help, just a little impatient with how long it took.

Oh, i see. that's really bad of them. maybe they don't understand how ssl works? either way, it's a good catch, and important for everyone to be aware of... hopefully they let you pay over the phone! =)

“I should have been more specific. I am trying to get the the AAA club membership for chicago. That site is for California. And it is secure. As is one i checked for Texas. Chicago?... not so much.”
